Presently it has the following five departments.

• Dept. of Ilmul Qabalat wa Amraze Niswan

• Dept. of Ilmul Saidla

The Institute, being National in Character has fixed targets for the development of various departments for post-graduate education in phased manner. Other departments will be established in near future.
